Thermogaze Details

Thermogaze.jpg (11016 bytes)
Thermogaze Details:

  • Specially prepared heat-sensitive cotton fabric which can be removed after embroidering.
  • Heated at 220 degrees C the fabric disappears, leaving only the embroidery itself without background fabric.
  • Delivered in sealed plastic bag.
  • Must be protected against moisture, heat and sunlight until used.

Embroidery programs must be specifically punched for this kind of work as stitch numbers are generally a little higher than those for other designs.

Stitches should be anchored in a way which enables the embroidery to stand after ground material has been removed.

Patterns where thermogaze is not removed at once should be kept in a sealed bag - the thermogaze can still be removed but it may be more difficult.
