The ‘Stickma Special’ embroidery needle has been designed for G S UK Limited by a leading German needle manufacturer to the highest standards. These needles are manufactured using a special die pressing technique.

BENEFITS

• The die pressed ‘Stickma Special’ needle means the grains of steel in the groove area are compressed instead of milled out, resulting in a 20% increase in resistance to needle deflection, when compared to a needle of similar size of traditional manufacture.
• Less deflection of the needle means less missed stitches and needle breakage.
• The die pressed groove has a deeper and smoother finish providing better protection to the embroidery thread, resulting in less thread breaks.
• Extra resistance to deflection means that finer sizes could be used, for example, size 75 instead of size 80.
• Available in sizes 60, 75 and 90 with an SES / LT. Ball Point.
